Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. You can also downgrade your plan, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal for payment.
Is there a limit to how many vouches I can store?
The Free plan has a limit of 100 stored vouches. Both Premium and Business plans offer unlimited vouch storage.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan, you'll still have access to your data, but will be limited to 125 stored vouches. If you cancel your account entirely, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing instead of monthly billing. This option is available for both Premium and Business plans.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund.
